That’s the question Danika Ellis ponders in this Bookriot article. While her piece looks at the organization of bookstores in particular, her arguments for and against keeping LGBTQ fiction in separate sections might be applicable to some library locations as well, and is certainly food for thought as we work towards creating more inclusive and accessible library spaces.
